Resale Art

What is "Resale Art'"?
A resale painting is simply one that has returned to the artist's personal collection, usually after a sale has already been made.
In other words, a collector may choose to upgrade their collection with a larger, more important piece.
The artist may choose to take back the painting and give credit toward the larger piece.
Thus, the painting is now a resale piece, acceptable to be sold again.

While art is not to be considered "used", it should be considered as timeless and in fact, will usually increase in value as the artist's career matures and expands.

The resale painting holds the same quality as a new painting or one that has not yet been sold. A Certificate of Authenticity can always be available to go with a resale piece that has been sold a second, or even multiple times.

These resale pieces are offered at considerably reduced prices, but are still of the same high gallery standards.
